DeepTone Records recording artiste, Low Down [real name - Kennedy Ighalo], resonates from the busy streets of Badagry; his love for music commenced from a very young/tender whilst listening to his dad’s amazing/awe-inspiring selections as he would call it – from the Country sounds of Don Williams, to the eccentric Afro sounds from popular African hits – his love for music allows him to run what he calls a strategy, or what would be seen as a scheme, on every beat.

The name, Low Down, signifies his straight-forward attitude and intuition towards life; he is a song-writer, singer and performer, who over the years, has graced shows with his appearances.

Low Down is somewhat of a unique individual with a bold vocal ability and enticing lyrics; the song, “Light It Up,” was written in 2014, amongst other songs which would be released in the coming months – this is one artiste to look out for as each and every of his songs, carry a definitive message of our everyday society. | ENJOY!!!
