She was NOMINATED as one of the African Finalists at the World Song Festival 2011 with the song I KNOW ft Adol. The song was adjudged as one of the greatest love songs out of Nigeria.

She later dropped a massive 18 track album titled Now&Forever late 2012 which featured the likes of 2face, Rymzo, Brace, Adol, Longjohn Twins, LKT but about a year after nothing is being heard about her. Neither was there an album listening party as planned for August 20 same year.

The album has songs like Tobafejo ft Brace, Boyfriend ft 2face (with a remix which ft African Kings), Rain Drops ft Rymzo, Iyegia, I Know Ft Adol, So in love, Ready, Don’t Leave (Yahweh) and many more.

She is no doubt one of the most brilliant and exciting female artists in Nigeria when it comes to live stage performances.

Not much had been heard about FRAGRANCE KAYOH (simply known as Fragrance by fans). The sight of this beautiful Itsekiri lady always make her male fans grasp for breath.

Fragrance was last seen in Dubai on holidays early in the year 2013 while rumour has it that she got herself a mouth watering modelling & advert job somewhere in Europe.

Meanwhile, she was also seen on the set of an MNET series being shot in Ghana; ECHOES last year playing a major role and acting as herself; Fragrance. Some notable Nigerian actors and Media Celebrities were also seen on the set of ECHOES e.g Misimolu (formerly of Beat FM) amongst others.

We caught up with Fragrance in Surulere Lagos where she recently had a 6hours photo session with over 1,456 shots taken by an emerging force in digital photography; Efe Lopez Photography.

She declined being interviewed and referred us to her female personal assistants instead. Report has it that her former Manager Mr. Ena had since relocated to the US while she is also working on so many projects which includes; movie roles, studio recording, modelling and starting an NGO.

When asked why she had not shown up at events lately. She replied; ” I can’t give what they are demanding from me. Its so amazing how some organisers see you and all they think of is having you in bed. I am channelling my energy towards my career and more. So help me God”.

On her yet to be shot BOYFRIEND video with 2Face Idibia she replied; “I have not seen 2face or discussed with him. He is a very busy man but if we get to talk and reach a conclusion the video will be shot. For now, I just want to lay low and clear my head of so many stuff”.

Her song; “So in Love” was used as a soundtrack of the award winning NOLLYWOOD movie – MIRROR BOY

The last we saw of Fragrance on stage was at the last concluded Felabration at the Africa Shrine.

What do we expect from gorgeous Fragrance in 2013? Besides, we don’t care when the album dropped; we need see her perform those songs live at a listening party anytime soon but before December 2013.
