The officer in the video was stationed at Monument Bank at Egbeda Lagos Nigeria collecting bribe Money from an American all because he wore Fatigue green cargo pant.

“This guys are so lucky all these happened in broad day. From the clip, it it very glaring that they were dealing (although wisely) with a dangerous armed police man. This officer wouldn’t have minded going to the extreme to get what he want if it was a secluded street or night time. This is such a shameful act.
