UNITED FOR KIDS FOUNDATION TO HOST ITS SECONDDOCUMENTARY PREMIERE & RECEPTION

 

Your contribution will help 15,000 children in Nigeria go back to school.

 

 

ELLICOT CITY, MD- (March 23, 2015) The United For Kids Foundation documentary premiere & reception will showcase the work of the foundation, and its effort to support children from low income families. Click here to view a trailer of the premiere. The event will take place in three different cities as follows:

ü  Saturday, April 18th – Roger Carter Center, 3000 Milltowne Drive, Ellicott City MD  6:00 PM– 9:00 PM.

ü  Friday, May 8th – The Ensemble Theater, 3535 Main Street, Houston TX

6:00 PM– 9:00 PM.

ü  Thursday, June 11th – Terra kulture, Plot 1376, Tiamiyu Savage, Off Ahmadu

Bello Way, Lagos, Nigeria. 6:00 PM– 9:00 PM

 

 

The event, which is being held as a fundraiser, will raise money to fund the 2015 UKF Back to School program for 15,000 children and 1,000 teachers and caregivers.

 

“We are excited to host our current and potential sponsors at these events,” said Tope Fajingbesi, Coordinating Trustee, United for Kids Foundation.  “We are not just doing this to raise money to fund our annual back to school campaign for 15,000 children, we are doing this to create a platform for other people to feel the hope and warmth we feel every single day we work with these children that are most often ignored.”

 

Contributions from donors go far beyond education. It provides services to children in orphanages, state and privately owned hospitals, and other institutions. Since 2002, UKF has reached over 40,000 children.
