From gang member to Big Changer, Karl works side-by-side with my son Sam, nephew Noah and daughter Holly, to champion young people to dream big, push the boundaries and in turn create the world they want to live in.

Last year Big Change visited schools in the UK to deliver a powerful message: The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Following the schools tour, the team set out on the challenge of a lifetime – the Virgin STRIVE Challenge – turning their words in actions, to help motivate young people to develop the life skills they need to reach their full potential.
