CELEBUZZ

Cash Money Records chief Birdman now has even more MONEY TO BLOW — selling off his spare Miami condo for $330,000 … or what he calls pocket change.

Birdman just unloaded the 1,172-sq.-ft. pad … with 1 bedroom, 2 baths, ocean view, and naturally … a valet. Street parking at the beach sucks.

May not seem baller … but, don’t forget, this is his spare Miami pad. He already owns a 19,000-square-foot mega-mansion … he bought for $14 million in 2012.

By the way, Birdman’s turning a nice little profit on the place too … $85k.

In his words: Richer than the richest … More money b****es …

Birdman has moved on to bigger and better digs, so he’s getting rid of all the real estate riff raff.

And that means his humble Miami home he unloaded in June for $359,000. And Celebuzz can show you the exclusive pics.

The understated bachelor pad (that is, for a hip hop mogul) comes in at over 1,100 square feet with 1-bedroom, 2 baths, and a pretty sweet balcony river view and access to the luxe high-rise’s gym, pool and spa.

But $350K is chump change for the Cash Money Records founder who just splashed out $14.5 million in September 2012 on a palatial Miami mansion much more suited for the Forbes music king – with 9 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms on a whopping 30,000 square-foot lot.

Forget taking the elevator to work out or take a dip (and sharing it with neighbors), Birdman’s (real name Bryan Williams) brand spanking new exclusive waterfront Palm Island estate comes with its own theatre, game room, mosaic pool, spa, guest house, grand 25-foot ceilings, and two-level terrace where the $150 million man can really take in what it’s like living the high life.
