| It has come to our notice the luxury life of Nigeria celebrity superstars and how they keep moving fast from Aston Martins to Porsches to Bentley , while they really know how to flaunt their new acquisition through the used of social media.Over the past decade; Nigeria’s entertainment industry has recorded a revolution of immense proportions , many celebrities stars now possess the financial capacity to lounge exorbitantly and to compete with their fellow entertainers such as footballers and others sports athlete, which has lead to the opposing idea of way back with respect to hustling hard for shows/events , endorsement deals and royalty payment.
Its now a thing of history for these celebs both male and female. We can recall however that some years back Nigerian musician /actors/comedians patronised cabs/taxis while some even find themselves jumping Okadas (commercial motorcycles) whenever it was necessary.
Big thanks to huge payment for shows both home and abroad, caller ring back tune proceeds, mouth-watering brand endorsement deals from multinational companies (most especially Telecommunications companies such as Airtel, Globacom, MTN, Etisalat ) and other endorsements abroad. These celebs can now afford to buy expensive and sleek cars, buy or build houses in exotic locations and also invest in other businesses.
Most times i wonder if the staff of those companies that pays these celebrities millions of naira as ambassadors and so on can or will ever in theirlifes afford some of the exotic cars, apartments and trips overseas as these artists. (Just thinking aloud pls)
