Missy Elliot is back. After a three year hiatus since her last single (2012’s “9th Inning”) and even more since she dropped a full LP (2005’s Cookbook), she surprised fans this past week by releasing a new track and hinting that a new album is on the way.

Absent from the scene while battling Graves Disease, the queen of rap (six records certified platinum) is apparently mounting a long awaited comeback, and her fans couldn’t be happier.

The song, a hook filled bit of red hot rhythmic, in your face fun entitled “WTF (Where They From)” is already burning up the web, scoring more than 10 million views in a mere three days and lighting up radio request lines around the country.
