Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh, who has recently become a father for the first time, keeps sharing his amazing emotions on being a parent.

Chris and his long-time girlfriend, actress Damilola Adegbite, welcomed a baby boy on September 6, 2014.

Overwhelmed with feelings, Attoh took to social media to share the great news and the first dad-and-son photo.

The actor, who proposed to Damilola earlier in September, said he could not even imagine how wonderful it is to be a father.

According to Nigeriafilms both Tinsel stars are extremely happy with the new experience. It was learnt that they had christened the baby Brian Nii Ayittey Olaferanmi Attoh.

And Chris just cannot stop gushing about the joy of parenthood, to the delight of his fans.

In one of the recent interviews on the Ghanaian television show, explained why he is so excited all the time:

“Ok, I’m loving this because it’s a great feeling. Sometimes I listen to him breathe and I know there is a God somewhere. It’s God that gives children and I am happy to have been blessed.

“So far, I’m learning that fatherhood is the only profession where the more effort you give it the more you will enjoy back. It’s great! I listen to him breathe sometimes at night and it is amazing! That is proof that there is God. God is the one that gives children. I am now fully skilled in changing diapers and feeding…the babies literally go through the food and the diapers at the same time.”

He also said what a deep respect and admiration he feels for women after seeing Damilola going through all the pregnancy stages.
